We source directly from trusted cultivators across the globe, which lets us maintain consistent quality, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround. Every order ships in professional, discreet packaging β€” plain cardboard or bubble envelope, with FHC as the return address. Nothing identifying on the outside.

We delete all customer data annually. Your privacy isn't an afterthought β€” it's part of how we operate.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 12PM CDT, Monday–Friday are processed same day. We often ship as late as 3PM, but this isn't guaranteed. Orders placed after that window ship the next business day.

We do not ship on weekends. If your order misses the same-day cutoff, it goes out first thing the following business day.

We ship via USPS and UPS. You can select your preferred carrier and speed at checkout. For special requirements or international orders, email us directly.

All domestic UPS packages are tracked with RFID chip technology, which improves delivery accuracy and helps resolve lost or delayed package situations more efficiently.

All orders arrive in a plain cardboard box or white bubble envelope, sealed and professionally packaged. The return address reads FHC β€” nothing further. Shipping labels are thermal-printed for a clean, professional finish.

Express and next-day options are available at checkout, but please read the following carefully before selecting one.

USPS Priority Express β€” Typically delivers next day, but USPS policy officially allows up to 2 business days. A Friday order may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday.
UPS Next Day & Saturday Delivery β€” UPS does not deliver on Sundays. Saturday delivery is available as a checkout option β€” select it before placing your order if needed. Next-day orders placed on Fridays without Saturday delivery will not arrive until Monday.

Express timelines can also be impacted by weather events, natural disasters, or carrier logistical disruptions β€” all outside our control. If your shipment is delayed for these reasons, we will advocate on your behalf with UPS, but resolutions are not guaranteed and are ultimately at the carrier's discretion. Please place express orders with caution.

Wait at least 24 hours first β€” carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered a day early. Check your porch, garage, gates, and neighbors before reaching out.

We'll help where we can, but packages marked "delivered" with a valid tracking number are the responsibility of the purchaser unless Express or Priority shipping with insurance was selected.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Australia and other international destinations are not yet available through standard checkout.

If you're outside these regions, email us β€” we can manually process international orders and ensure correct HS codes and customs documentation.
