Additionally, we respect our customers’ privacy by deleting all customer information annually. At the moment, we are only shipping to the United States and Canada. We are looking at options to include safe shipping to Australia soon.

All orders will be shipped in a plain, professionally packaged cardboard box or a plain white bubble envelope, securely taped for protection. The return address on the shipping label will display our business name, FHC. 

Additionally, the shipping labels included on the outside of our packages are thermal printed—the industry standard with regard to high-quality packaging. 

 

If you are attempting to order on Friday or the weekend, please carefully read the paragraphs below. 

UPS requires a special Saturday Delivery label for $16 extra. Please email us if you need this option on a Friday in order for it to be delivered on a Saturday.

Additionally, USPS Priority Express often delivers next day, but if you carefully read USPS policy, Priority Priority Express  permits the Post Office to take up to 2 business days to deliver. So if you order on a Friday, it may take until Monday or Tuesday until it is delivered. 

Please take special note of the above information when paying extra for express shipping. Shipping speeds are completely out of our control once we drop off your package.

If you cannot find your package, make sure to wait at least 24 hours—on occasion USPS will scan prematurely and deliver the next business day. Also check your garage, porch, gates, or a neighbor's house. 


Fayetteville Herb Co will try to work with you, but unless you've opted for Express or Priority Shipping with insurance, missing packages with tracking numbers that say "delivered" are the responsibility of the purchaser.  
 

Every effort is made to process and ship orders same day when placed Monday through Friday before 12PM (CDT). In many cases we can still ship out same-day if you placed before 3PM, but in general, orders placed in the afternoon (central time) will likely be shipped the following business day. 

Shipping days are considered Monday through Friday. Shipments will not be made on Saturday or Sunday.

If your order does not get shipped same-day, please forgive us and do not worry. Your order will be shipped out the next business day.Â
