We ship via USPS and UPS. You can select your preferred carrier and speed at checkout. For special requirements or international orders, email us directly.
All domestic UPS packages are tracked with RFID chip technology, which improves delivery accuracy and helps resolve lost or delayed package situations more efficiently.
All orders arrive in a plain cardboard box or white bubble envelope, sealed and professionally packaged. The return address reads FHC — nothing further. Shipping labels are thermal-printed for a clean, professional finish.

Express timelines can also be impacted by weather events, natural disasters, or carrier logistical disruptions — all outside our control. If your shipment is delayed for these reasons, we will advocate on your behalf with UPS, but resolutions are not guaranteed and are ultimately at the carrier's discretion.
