WEATHER ADVISORY - POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS
2/18/2025: Winter Storm Impact on Fulfillment & Shipping
Severe winter weather is currently affecting our ability to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as usual. Hazardous road conditions and shipping carrier disruptions are causing delays, both in processing orders on our end and in transit with UPS and USPS.
While we are working to fulfill orders as conditions allow, please be aware that shipments may be delayed until weather and carrier operations improve. If your order has already shipped, transit times may be extended due to carrier backlogs and weather-related delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your tracking number will provide the most up-to-date information once your package is in transit.
For the most current information on carrier operations and regional service impacts, please refer to the following resources:
- UPS Service Alerts: https://www.ups.com/us/en/service-alerts.page
- USPS Service Alerts: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/
We are committed to resuming normal operations as soon as conditions permit. Your tracking number will provide the most up-to-date information once your package is in transit.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Thank you for your continued support, and please stay safe.
1/13/2025: Fulfillment & Shipping Update
We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Most of the orders were filled and shipped out today (Monday). But if your order hasn't shipped yet, it’s scheduled to be filled and shipped tomorrow (Tuesday).
Please keep in mind that both UPS and USPS are currently experiencing significant backlogs. Some customers may encounter delivery delays of up to a week or more in certain cases.
We appreciate your patience as these carriers work through their high volume. Rest assured that while your package may be delayed, there is no reason to believe it won’t arrive safely. If you haven’t already, you can use your tracking number to monitor its progress while in transit.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
