WEATHER ADVISORY - POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS

1/13/2025: Fulfillment & Shipping Update
We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Most of the orders were filled and shipped out today (Monday). But if your order hasn't shipped yet, it’s scheduled to be filled and shipped tomorrow (Tuesday).

Please keep in mind that both UPS and USPS are currently experiencing significant backlogs. Some customers may encounter delivery delays of up to a week or more in certain cases.

We appreciate your patience as these carriers work through their high volume. Rest assured that while your package may be delayed, there is no reason to believe it won’t arrive safely. If you haven’t already, you can use your tracking number to monitor its progress while in transit.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

UPS has announced operational adjustments from January 8 through January 10, 2025, due to Winter Storm Blair. These adjustments may affect air shipments delivered within the U.S.

USPS Service Alerts:

The U.S. Postal Service has issued service alerts regarding disruptions caused by severe weather and natural disasters. Customers are advised to check for updates on mail delivery in affected areas.

California Wildfires Impact:

The Palisades Fire and Eaton Fire, fueled by strong Santa Ana winds, have led to evacuations and service suspensions in parts of Los Angeles. Delivery services may be impacted.
